By registering for Red Stag Hits you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

Unless you received prior permission from Red Stag Hits, you may only register for one Red Stag Hits account.

You may not promote Red Stag Hits in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting Red Stag Hits in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your Red Stag Hits account and possible legal action.

Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using Red Stag Hits. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. Red Stag Hits is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.

URL Rules

Before submitting a URL to Red Stag Hits, please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted along with any credits assigned to them. Your Red Stag Hits account may also be deleted.

*No sites with illegal activity.

*No frame-breaking sites.

*No viruses, trojans, or spyware.

*No adult content.

*Rotators may be promoted only if all sites or banners in rotation comply with these terms.

*No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United States.

*No PTP sites.

*Red Stag Hits has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable.

 

Payments & Refunds Policy

All payments made for credits, upgrades and all other purchases made on Red Stag Hits are absolutely final and non refundable.

If you have a problem with regards to any aspect of your purchase contact admin and they will be able to provide you with an answer normally within 48 hours.

Refund requests will absolutely NOT be honored under any circumstances

Any payment Chargebacks and or payment disputes will result in the immediate suspension of your account and will likely result in your details being submitted for central banning across the LFM network

Commissions are paid purely on a single level, you will receive said commission payments based on sales made only by those individuals whom you directly refer to Red Stag Hits.

As a FREE member if you do not login to your account for over 6 months your commission balance will be set to Zero

Any credits earned from surfing by those on up to 2 levels of surfing hold no monetary value and are purely a free benefit provided as part of your membership

Breeches of Our Terms

Any individual that chooses to breech our terms in any way and/or whom is reported for doing so shall have their account suspended pending a full investigation. In the case where it is found that said member has breeched the terms of Red Stag Hits, their account shall be deleted and they will be permanently banned from using this site and any of the connected services which it may provide, including but not limited to other sites within our network.

Mailing Rules

When joining Red Stag Hits you agree to receive a potentially unlimited number of emails all of which shall be from other members of Red Stag Hits. In return for receiving said emails you will have the facility to use our credit based mailer to send mail of your own to our other members.

It is absolutely prohibited to extract any individuals email addresses from any mails you receive for use on your own lists unless you have the express permission from the owner to do so.

Use of autoresponders is absolutely prohibited and will result in your account being suspended without question

Use Of Bots

The purpose of the service that we provide is such that you are expected to READ the mails which you receive.Anyone found to be using any form of automation or bot software to farm credits shall be suspended, banned, permanently deleted and submitted for central ban across the LFM network

Red Stag Hits will not accept responsibility for any loss incurred through the use of our site, we provide a professional marketing service, where the emphasis is on yourself as our site members to use the facility we provide to attempt in most cases to achieve financial gain.

We can guarantee that should you refer members to us and they make a purchase, you will receive commission from those purchases which will be paid out upon reaching a balance of at least $10.
